F.A.Q.

Q: How will my gifts be shipped?
A: Vegan Divine ships all their natural vegetarian (vegan) gift baskets and vegan gifts via UPS Ground, 3 day or 2 Day. Vegan Divine is not responsible for delays in delivery of shipment caused by invalid/incorrect shipping address, adverse weather conditions or additional travel time required by UPS due to the destination not being on a normal route (ie, farms, rural areas, small towns etc). All “grounds” shipping time frames given at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For guaranteed shipping, please select express (2 day/3 day) shipping options at check out.

Q: When and how will I know my order has been shipped?
A: All orders are processed the following business day and shipped upon successful payment settlement, excluding Fridays and weekends. All baskets are made upon order to ensure freshness. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information after your vegetarian (all vegan) gifts have been shipped. Once a package has been handed over to UPS, it is the your responsibility to follow up on the status of the delivery if you have not heard from your recipient within the expected time frame.  In the event an invalid/ incorrect address was provided in the order due to which the gift parcel was shipped back, Vegan Divine is not liable for delays and does not issue a refund on gifts containing perishable food items.  For more on our return policy, please see Return Policy.

Q: How is the shipping rate determined?
A: Cost will depend on the size of your vegetarian (vegan) gift, the weight and the travel distance to the destination. Charges for the state of Washington and West Coast states maybe slightly lower in comparison to the charges for Central and East Coast states. All charges are confirmed prior to checkout.

Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: Vegan Divine can ship vegetarian (vegan) gifts to almost anywhere except for PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: All vegetarian (vegan) gift orders with separate destination addresses must be placed individually.

Q: Does Vegan Divine offer delivery by courier?
A: Delivery of vegetarian (vegan) gifts by courier is available to our corporate customers within certain areas of Washington State. The cost will be determined by the size of purchase and the delivery destination. Generally the price range is between $25.00-$45.00.

Q: Can I ship multiple gifts to one address?
A: Most definitely. You can purchase multiple vegetarian (vegan) gifts with individual gift-card messages, if they are all being shipped to a single address.

Q: Why does Vegan Divine need my recipient’s phone number?
A: UPS must have the recipient’s phone number to ensure guaranteed delivery service. The gift recipient will not be contacted unless we are having problems with delivery.

Q: Does Vegan Divine offer Saturday deliveries?
A: Vegan Divine works with UPS to offer Saturday deliveries with 2-Day or Overnight shipping only. Requests for a Saturday delivery must be called in as the charges for special deliveries vary depending on the destination. Please be advised that UPS does have some restricted areas where Saturday delivery is not possible. UPS does not offer Sunday deliveries.

Q: Can I change the delivery address, date, or cancel my order?
A: As long as your vegetarian (vegan) gift order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered, changes to the delivery address, date, or cancel the order are happily accommodated. When requesting a change, please e-mail us at support@vegandivine.us and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to expedite the process. In cases otherwise, orders processed and shipped are nonrefundable and can not be canceled.

Q: Does Vegan Divine ship chocolates in the summer?
A: During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship with chill packs (an additional charge to customer) to ensure the vegan chocolates arrive in perfect condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the chill pack option for deliveries to temperatures above 60 degrees. Baskets containing vegan chocolates being shipped to temperatures above 60 degrees should also be shipped via second day express and cannot be shipped over the weekend, to qualify under Our Guarantee. Option to ship via second day express is given prior to check out and must be selected by the customer or else baskets containing vegan chocolates may be subject to the Substitution Policy.
