Committed to delivering the best natural vegan gift baskets and vegan gift solutions, alongside with unbeatable customer service, it is of utmost importance to us that you are satisfied with your shopping experience at Vegan Divine. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email support@vegandivine.us with your order number, name, phone number and an explanation of the occurrence, so that one of our customer service representatives may contact you.
If your vegan gift/ vegan gift basket has arrived damaged, we are happy to open a claim and begin an investigation on the causation of the damage. Perishable food and fragile products cannot be returned, however, they will be replaced if they arrive damaged, excluding damages caused by weather or other conditions beyond human control. Non-perishable items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless items arrive damaged. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, you must contact us within five days of the delivery date. In the event an invalid/ incorrect address was provided or the receiver was not available to accept the order due to which the gift parcel was shipped back, Vegan Divine is not liable for delays and does not issue a refund on gifts containing perishable food items. All returns and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and within reason. Vegan Divine reserves the right to decline a full credit refund in the event that a gift or gift basket is returned with product eaten, compromised from it’s original condition, or removed entirely.
