At Vegan Divine your complete satisfaction is our goal. We are dedicated to delivering the best natural vegan gift baskets, vegan gift solutions, and unbeatable customer service. It is of utmost importance to us that your friends, colleagues, clients or family be very pleased with your selection. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email us at support@vegandivine.us, and please include your Order #, Name, Phone # and an explanation of the occurrence. One of our customer service representatives will contact you promptly.
Damaged:
Claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of package. Please retain all packaging should the shipping company need to inspect the package. In the event that a packaged product is received damaged, an investigation will be conducted to determine the cause of the occurrence. If the damage is due to packaging error, replacements will be given with the exception of damages caused by weather or other conditions beyond our control.
Holiday Delivery:
During peak times, deliveries may take one additional business day to arrive. This affects the week prior to the following Holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Hospital / Hotel/ Business Delivery:
Deliveries to hospitals/ hotels/ and businesses normally go to a general receiving department before being directed to the patient and/or guest rooms; Therefore, we do not guarantee these deliveries. Please inform the recipient or someone at the location, that they should be expecting a perishable package. Vegan Divine can not assume any responsibility if the business is closed, if the gift is misplaced in the hospital/ hotel, failure of the hospital/hotel staff to deliver the gift to the room, or gifts arriving after a patient/ guest has checked out. In such scenario, Vegan Divine is unable to offer any compensation as the situations are beyond our control. We encourage you to consider shipping the gift to the recipients’ home address or to yourself to deliver in person.
Incomplete / Wrong Addresses:
Vegan Divine does not guarantee orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address. A Gift basket shipped to an incorrect address maybe returned to us, in this case, additional charges apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Undelivered Packages:
Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the sole responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. Vegan Divine does not guarantee delivery if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door. This is all upon discretion of the delivery driver.
Gifts Containing Chocolates:
When ordering vegan chocolate gift boxes, chocolate add-ons, or an all vegan chocolate gift basket, we require the purchase of a chill pack (insulation with frozen gel packs) for an additional $3.95, to reduce the risk of melting under warm conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the chill pack option for deliveries to temperatures above 60 degrees. We also highly recommend baskets containing chocolates be shipped via 2-day express. To prevent chocolates from sitting in a warehouse and being exposed to high temperatures we do not ship chocolate containing gifts over the weekend. Option to ship via 2-day express is given prior to check out and must be selected by the customer, along with a chill pack, to qualify under Our Guarantee.
