Q: How can I order with Vegan Divine?
A: For orders shipped to all states, excluding the State of Washington, online is the quickest and most convenient, as your order is being placed over secure lines. However, if you prefer to fax your personal information or call in the order, Vegan Divine is happy to assist you in doing so. Due to the implementation of Destination Bases Sales Tax, all orders shipped to the State of Washington must be placed via fax, email, or called in. Your order will be verbally verified along with pricing, delivery, sales tax and payment information should you choose to fax or email in your order. Please feel free to contact customer service at 206-529-4406.

Q: What happens after I place an order?
A: Once your order has been successfully placed on the web site, you will see a “Thank You” page containing an online order confirmation number. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to VeganDivine.us. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by VeganDivine.us

Q: What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
A: If you do not receive the order confirmation from VeganDivine.us, via email, within two hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact customer service at 206-529-4406 to verify that your order is being processed.

Q: What about add-ons?
A: Vegan Divine is always happy to meet your custom vegan gifting needs. Please notify us if you wish to include any additional items (beverages, gifts, cards) in your basket.

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
A: Most definitely! Remember to include your message in the space provided on the order form. Your vegan gift baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
